Guy Eslinger, 80

Graveside funeral services for Guy Eslinger, 80, of Wasola, were held Dec. 3, 2021, at the Jackson Cemetery near Romance. Mr. Eslinger died Nov. 28 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas. 

He was born March 23, 1941, in Romance, the son of Arles Andrew and Vernie A. Watson Eslinger.  

Mr. Eslinger was a veteran who proudly served his country in the Army. He was a lifelong resident of Ozark County. He was always a hard-working, no-nonsense kind of man. He worked as a truck driver and bus driver, and for many years he worked for True Value Hardware in Gainesville. 

He is survived by one sister, Judy Ann Eslinger Gray of Springfield, and numerous extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arles and Vernie Eslinger.
