Anthony and Kristen Clough of Bakersfield are the parents of a baby boy, Cooper James, born Nov. 20, 2017, at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. He weighed 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 20 inches long.
His sibling is Payten, 2.
His grandparents are Eric and Jorja Kirsch of Norco, California; Gene Clough of Thayer, and Larry and Fran Russell of Moody.
