Austin and Kendra Ratliff of Gainesville are the parents of a baby girl, Harper Nadine Ratliff, born Aug. 12, 2019, at Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. She weighed 7 pounds 8 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Her sibling is Hunter, 1.
Her grandparents are Charles Johnson of Buffalo and Sondra Clark, and Jimmy and Jen Ratliff, all of Gainesville.
