Patsy Ann Hannaford, 75

Funeral services for Patsy Ann Hannaford, 75, of Gainesville, were held April 21, 2022, in the Clinkingbeard Funeral Home chapel in Gainesville, with Bruce DeWeese and Dale Roberts officiating. Burial was at the Pontiac Cemetery.
Mrs. Hannaford died April 18, at her residence with family by her side. She was born August 29, 1946, in Gainesville to Jesse and Mary (Crabtree) Shaw.
Pat was born and raised in Gainesville and graduated from Gainesville High School in 1964.
On November 14, 1964, she married Charles Kenneth Hannaford, and they made their home in Leavenworth, Kansas. She worked at Hallmark Cards; Kenneth did too until his entry into the U.S. Army and service in Vietnam.
In 1976, the Hannafords and their son Chuck moved to the Gainesville area, and through the years Pat worked at a few gas stations as a clerk and at an insurance office.
For many years, Pat and Kenneth maintained a farm in Pontiac with beef and dairy cattle.
Pat attended Frontier Baptist Church in Pontiac much of her adult life and was a devout disciple of Christ. Kenneth died in 2017. She later married Jerry Crawford in June 2020 in Pontiac. She continued to live in Pontiac with Jerry, and they both attended Frontier Baptist. She loved God, the church and people inside or out of it. She was a caring neighbor and friend to many. She was a wonderful daughter, devoted wife and awesome grandma.She is survived by her husband, Jerry Crawford, of Gainesville; one son Chuck Hannaford and wife Tanya of Republic; one granddaughter, Alex Hannaford; one brother James Shaw; two sisters Margurette Gwartney and June Hillhouse and husband Loren; and many family members and friends.
