Linda Lee Toole, 70

Linda Lee Toole, 70, of Tecumseh, died May 22, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. Services will be private. 

She was born June 11, 1953, in Mountain Home, Arkansas, to John and Irene (Spechals) Johnson.

Linda was a loving mother. She worked for many years at MarBax shirt factory. She also ran the VFW in Cotter, Arkansas, for some time. She enjoyed shopping with her sister. She also loved riding around and playing games. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by two children: Tony Johnson of Tecumseh and Trisha Toole Borja of Fayetteville, North Carolina; two brothers: Harvey Johnson and George Mayfield; several grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by five siblings: Kathrine Johnson, Kenneth Johnson, Betty Fletcher, Harold Johnson and Ruth Stone.

Cremation services and arrangements are under the direction of Clinkingbeard Funeral Home, Gainesville.
