Brett Hamilton Gage, 52

A celebration of life ceremony was held in memory of Brett Hamilton Gage, 52, of Kirbyville, Feb. 18, 2022, at The Grove Christian Church in Branson.
Brett died Feb. 9, after a short, but well-fought battle with covid.
Brett was born on July 2, 1969, in Tucson, Arizona, to Daniel and Margaret Gage. At the age of 17, Brett entered the Navy and served for three years as a submarine machinist’s mate second class.
Brett served in many capacities throughout his lifetime. From driving for Pepsi to working in aspects of nuclear services to waiting tables (always with a winsome smile) to expertly selling insurance with American Family, Brett did it all with an incredible passion.
Brett loved to make others laugh and was a great encourager. He was an avid fisherman and boater.
He was an active leader at The Grove Christian Church in Branson.
He loved his country and most importantly, his Savior. After Jesus, Brett’s biggest passion and love was for his children, 14-year-old Abijah and 11-year-old Aviela. “I sure do love you!” was a constant mantra in their home.
Brett is preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Margaret Gage and his brother, Forrest Gage.
He is survived by his children Abijiah Forever Gage and Aviela Everlasting Gage and his aunt Charlotte Calderone.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a memorial college fund that has been set up for his children. Donations can be mailed to Edward Jones - Joe Boyd at 1855 S. Ingram Mill Rd.
