Barbara Ann Sneed, 83, of Theodosia, died peacefully on Nov. 16, 2021, at her home. Memorial services will be held at a later time.
She was born Nov. 10, 1938, in Newport, Arkansas, the daughter of Jewel and Lorine Tucker Bolls. She was married to Vernon Sneed Sr., the love of her life, for 36 years before his death in 2004.
Mrs. Sneed was strong in her faith. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, sewing, cooking and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her four children, Mike Maessen, Colleen O’Sullivan, Vernon Sneed Jr. and Mark Sneed; five grandchildren; and four siblings.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents.
