A celebration of life for Jay Lewis, 65, of Mountain Home, Arkansas, was held June 10, 2023, at the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Midway, Arkansas.
He died May 14 at his home. He was born June 3, 1957, in Mountain Home to John C. and Freddie "Pauline" Lewis. He was a Gainesville High School graduate.
Jay is survived by his wife, Jerrlyn Lewis of Mountain Home, Arkansas; stepsons, Justin Cross, John Willett and Andy Willett of Mountain Home, Arkansas; son, Eric Lewis of St. Louis; grandson, Eric Lewis Jr. of St. Louis; niece, Shonna Rick of Mountain Home, Arkansas; great-nephew Trace Rick of Mountain Home, Arkansas; and many more family and friends.
Jay is preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Paula.
