Shelter Insurance sponsors free kids corner, balloon art and more
The Shelter Insurance Kids Corner will feature free games and other activities from 10 a.m. to noon Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19-20.
Dena, the balloon lady, will be giving our free spectacular balloon animals, characters and other art at the Shelter Insurance kids corner from 10 a.m.. to noon, Friday, Sept. 19.
Looking for free fun for the kids? Don’t miss the “Hootin an Hollarin Kids Corner,” sponsored by Shelter Insurance – Douglas Hawkins Agency, with help from David Murphy and the Freedom Church youth group. The Kids Corner will be open from 10 a.m. to noon Friday and Saturday of Hootin an Hollarin, Sept. 19-20, offering a variety of surprise games and activities that sponsor Doug Hawkins promises will be a hit with all ages. This year’s festivities also include free face painting during open hours by Jessica Suit. Follow the signs, bring the kids, and enjoy—everything is free and everyone is welcome.
FRIDAY ONLY - (10 a.m. to noon) Dena, the beloved “balloon lady,” will once again bring her talent and creativity to this year’s Hootin an Hollarin festival, delighting children with some of the most amazing balloon animals, whimsical characters and imaginative creations they can dream up.
This colorful and crowd-pleasing attraction was added to the Kids Corner last year by Douglas Hawkins–Insurance Agency and quickly became a favorite.
Her balloon art is free to attendees, but will only be available from 10 a.m. to noon on Friday, Sept. 19, so be sure to stop by then to join in the fun.
