Hootin an Hollarin plans are being finalized

This year’s festival committee has been hard at work managing the last minute details of the beloved 3-day festival, set for Sept. 18-20, on the Gainesville square.
The Ozark County Times staff has also been working away on this year’s festival guide, which will be published and included inside the Sept. 10 edition of the newspaper - and then available afterward at the Times office, area vendor locations and at the information booth at Hootin an Hollarin. The 80-plus page magazine-style publication details every aspect of the festival, including the live entertainment lineup, dozens of contests and events, and which crafters, demonstrators and other vendors will be among the more than 100 booths that will circle the square and more.
