Warden, Uchtman and Lane win Gainesville School Board race

Marti Warden, Wes Uchtman and Jeff Lane were elected to the Gainesville School Board during the April 7, 2026, General Municipal Election. They will join current school board members Jabet Wade, Mason Eslinger, Dakota Nash and Sally Hambelton.
Unofficial election results showed the following ballots were cast:
• Marti Warden: 438
• Wes Uchtman: 342
• Jeff Lane: 332
• Ashley Hambelton: 330
• Amy Freeman: 273
• Heather Bushner: 255
• Laramie Johnson: 194
• Will Johnson: 126
