Zanoni news: Jan. 31, 2018

We have had some sunny days and a little rain. Not enough yet to start the creeks running. The wind has been bad a few days. No time for burning.

Paul took a load of cedar logs to the cedar mill and had to wait in line to get unloaded.

We went to West Plains one evening to get some parts for the pickup.

The February dates for the Ozark County Food Pantry will be on Wednesday, Feb. 7, from 9 a m. to 2 p.m. and on Wednesday,  Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to l p.m.  At the same location as always.

The flu seems to be going around. Leroy and Norma had it about all last week. If anyone thinks they might have the flu it is a good idea to go to the doctor and get some medicine before it gets worse. It might be a good idea to stay away from crowds of people for a while also.

Paul took some cows to the sale barn Sunday evening. The cattle prices have been pretty good for a while.

Our get-better-soon prayers are with the sick folks and with those who have lost loved ones.

Everyone have a good week and get started on your income tax reports.
