Arkansas woman hurt in crash near Bakersfield
A Gepp, Arkansas, woman sustained minor injuries in a July 18 crash on AR Highway near Bakersfield.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s online crash report, the woman was driving a 2011 Toyota Rav4 southbound on AR Highway around 7 p.m. Friday, July 18, when she traveled off the right side of the roadway, overcorrected, went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree. She was not wearing a seatbelt, the report says.
The woman was transported by the Ozark County Ambulance to Baxter Health in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
The vehicle sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Duke’s Towing.
The crash was investigated by MSHP Cpl. D. J. Johnson.
