Gainesville High School academic team

Gainesville High School academic team hosted Hartville for the season opener on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Gainesville lost both matches and went on to host Fordland (2024 conference champs) on Thursday, Oct. 17. Varsity lost both of their matches while the JV won one and lost one. Gainesville traveled to Mansfield Tuesday, Oct. 22 and won both matches. “We will play in the Summit Conference Jamboree on Friday in Mansfield,” said Coach Sherry Ginthum.  Teams will be mixed from all seven conference schools as a way for students to get to know one another better as teammates versus competitors.
