Dora Lady Falcons win home games against Mansfield, Hartville last week

The Dora Lady Falcons hosted the Mansfield Lady Lions and the Hartville Lady Eagles last week and added a couple of wins to their season record.

On Monday, Feb. 3, the Dora girls beat Mansfield in a nail-biter of a game, 57-53. Kinley Luna led the way with 29 points for the Lady Falcons. Luna also had 5 assists, 5 rebounds and 2 steals to seal the win. Brailyn Hambelton added 11 points. Montgomery Mitchell scored 8 points and led in rebounds with 11. She had 1 steal. Isabelle Martin scored 5 points, racked up 5 assists, had 2 rebounds and 2 steals. Ellie Ullom and Kiera Vannada each chipped in 2 points. Ullom pulled down 5 rebounds and had an assist and a steal. 

On Thursday, Feb. 6, the Lady Falcons hosted Hartville and won 52-44. Kinley Luna scored 28 points, followed by Montgomery Mitchell with 12 points and Brailyn Hambelton with 7. Isabelle Martin chipped in 3 points and Ellie Ullom had 2.

Montgomery Mitchell led in rebounds with 11 and also led in steals with 3. Kinley Luna led in assists with 8.

Dora hosted the Seymour Lady Tigers on Monday, Feb. 10, and lost a heartbreaker 45-44, bringing their season record to 10-12.
