Man facing felonies for allegedly asking for and sending nude photos to teens

Tyelor Estes
Tyelor Estes, 25, of Gainesville, is currently being held in the Ozark County Jail without bond after being charged with the unclassified felony of sexual trafficking of a child (under 18) and the class A misdemeanor of furnishing pornographic material to a minor. He was arrested Aug. 29 and has been in jail since that time.
He is scheduled to appear in court today before Associate Judge Raymond Gross for a bond reduction hearing. The results of that hearing were unavailable at presstime.
If convicted of the sexual trafficking of a child charge, Estes would be imprisonment for a term of at least 10 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections and/or fined $250,000 or more.
According to the probable cause statement filed in the case by Ozark County Sheriff’s Sgt. Seth Miller, on Aug. 28 Sheriff Cass Martin informed the officer of an ongoing case involving Estes concerning allegations of him sending underage girls inappropriate nude photos and receiving inappropriate nude photos of the girls in return.
Miller spoke with the parent of a 16-year-old girl that morning and informed the parent that he was investigating Estes for sending in appropriate photos to underage girls and that he would like to talk to her daughter about conversations that she may have had with Estes. The girl reportedly told the officer that Estes asked her to send photos of herself to him, and two nude photos were sent through Snapchat, and she said he sent several nude photos of himself through the social media platform as well. “She further stated that Tyelor would delete her off Snapchat then re-add her later to prevent anyone from seeing the messages,” Miller wrote. “I asked if Tyelor had ever offered to meet her for sex or to be alone. She stated Tyelor did ask her to meet alone several times; however, she declined the offer.”
Later that day Miller was informed that Tyelor had asked and received nude photos of a now 20-year-old female when she was 15 years old. “She stated Teylor asked for nude pictures, and if she didn’t send them, he stated ‘I’m going to make your life miserable in high school,’ the report says. The female said she sent 10 nude photos, and he sent 10 nude photos of himself to her. The female stated that the pair had a code phrase to request the photos. When he asked “Do you have a bow for sale?” it was code to send nude photos.
“If you or someone you know has received unwanted or inappropriate messages, we urge you to come forward. Please contact the Ozark County Sheriff’s Office [at 417-679-4633] and ask to speak with Sergeant Seth Miller to file a report or provide any information related to this case,” a post on the OCSD Facebook page says.
