Calvin and Sandy Dean of Theodosia are the parents of a baby girl, Raylan Marie Dean, born at 1:12 p.m. March 23, 2022, at Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains. She weighed 6 pounds 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Her siblings are 3-year-old Audrey, 8-year-old Jaxon and 11-year-old Corbyn.
Her maternal grandmother is Bobbie Coulter of Theodosia. He paternal grandparents are Calvin (Sr.) and Glenda Dean of Thornfield.
