Bakersfield runners bring home medals from first annual Bulldog Classic cross country meet

Bakersfield runners took home some medals from the Gainesville Bulldog Classic cross country meet held Friday, Sept. 15.
CJ Carey, a junior, placed seventh with a time of 21:27.85. Sophomore Tyler Hodgson’s time of 22:06.83 earned 16th place.
Also earning medals were Keeley Stevens who placed 13th and Maddison Melvin who placed 20th in the girls varsity race.
Seventh grader Marcus Meskimen also earned a medal, placing eighth in the middle school boys race.
