Celebrating 50-year wedding anniversary

Steven Craig and Kimberly Ann (Long) Sinor of West Plains will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary August 12. Steve moved to southern Missouri with his family in 1972, and there he met Kim in October that year. Their wedding day, Aug. 12, 1973, brought on a new life for both. Kim graduated from Gainesville High School in 1973. The couple had three children: Valerie Henning and her husband James, Steven Jr. and his wife Michelle and Bethany Ford and her husband Tim. After several years, they became foster parents, and their  home and hearts were opened to Verline Thomas and her husband Daniel and Danny Sinor. They have 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Their children are hosting a celebration at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 12, at the West Plains Historic Post Office 204 E Main St. in West Plains. Please, no gifts. Cards and your presence are welcome.
