Udall man charged with rape

Jerry R. Parks, 38, of Udall, has been  charged with rape, delivery of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident last month. 

On March 26, officers spoke with the Baxter Health Emergency Room and was informed that a rape kit had been conducted on an individual in Ozark County. Sgt. Seth Miller interviewed the suspect, who detailed the incident. 

A search warrant was executed at his residence, and officers reportedly found meth pipes and baggies with meth residue.
