Todd Allen Brown, 52

Graveside services for Todd Allen Brown, 52, of Theodosia were held Sunday, Sept. 2, 2018, at Isabella Cemetery with Pastor Dale Schofield officiating. Mr. Brown died unexpectedly on Aug. 26 in Theodosia.

He was born April 7, 1966, in Sarasota, Florida, the son of Maynard and Faye Shirling Brown. The family moved to Missouri when their children were young. Mr. Brown was raised on a dairy farm in Mountain Grove, where he later began a family of his own and had two children. In the early 1990s the entire family moved to Isabella, where his parents bought a little country store and bait shop. 

Mr. Brown loved the lake, especially fishing. He had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. He was a good man despite his downfalls and the emotional demons he battled. He will be missed by those who knew him. 

Survivors include his wife, Karla of Theodosia; his son, Dustin Brown and wife Stormie of Theodosia; his daughter Patricia Brown of Isabella; five grandchildren: Ethan, Timber, Kaitlynn, Paisley and Vanna; one sister, Pam Bazzle and husband Greg of Theodosia; one niece, Laura Davis-Ewry of Gassville, Arkansas; a nephew, Curtis Davis of Salem, Missouri; and a very special friend, Mary Bias and her daughter Kaylee of Theodosia. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.
