Kane ‘Red’ Gott, 46

Memorial services for Kane A. “Red” Gott, 46, of Midway, Arkansas, were held June 24, 2018, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Mr. Gott died June 14, 2018, in Mountain Home.
He was born Feb. 29, 1972, in Mendota, Illinois, the son of Charles and Geraldine Casey Gott. He served in the Army for eight years, and on Oct. 2, 1999, in Gainesville, he married April Ferguson, the love of his life.
Mr. Gott worked for Plumlee Tire for 18 years as a mechanic. He loved anything that involved working with his hands. He was a proud member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Mountain Home, where he was baptized April 28, 2017.
Survivors include his wife, April; three sons, Robbie of Texas, Kane Jr. and Dusty, both of Arkansas; grandson Bryson of Arkansas; two sisters: Karol of Arkansas and Lynnette of Missouri; two brothers, Kurt and Karl, both of Missouri; nieces and nephews and friends who became family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Joe; his cousin, Joe; and his best friend, Travis.
