Bethany Faye Smith, 29

A graveside memorial service for Bethany Faye Smith, 29, of Gainesville, will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2018, at Howards Ridge Cemetery in Howards Ridge. Ms. Smith died April 17 in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
She was born March 3, 1989, in Granada, Mississippi, the daughter of  Teddy and Candice Kunefke Smith.
She is survived by one son; Daniel Hodges of Midway, Arkansas; one daughter; Haley Strain of Gainesville; three sisters; Amber Oliver and husband Jeremy of Bruce, Mississippi, Tara Tanner and husband Chris and  Shauna Smith, all of Brook Haven, Mississippi; one brother; Timothy Bower and wife Heather of Greenbrier; Arkansas.; her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mark and Yvonne Strain of Gainesville; the father of her child, Timothy Strain; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother and her grandparents, Melvin and Carolyn Kunefke.
