Jenni Garrison with the Ozark County Health Department, a certified child passenger safety technician, offers local residents free car seat checks by appointment throughout the year. The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-1 tornado occurred near the Taney-Ozark County line west of Theodosia at 3:50 Tuesday, April 30.
