Two-vehicle crash causes injuries

Tecumseh resident Robert Marshall, 24, had minor injuries, and West Plains resident Marissa Guerrero, 34, sustained moderate injuries in a two-vehicle crash Feb. 23 on Highway 160 in South Fork.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol online crash report, Guerrero was stopped in the roadway around 4:20 p.m., attempting to make a left turn in a 2006 Chrysler Sebring, when a 1997 Plymouth Voyager van driven by Marshall struck the Sebring in the rear.
Guerrero was taken by South Howell County Ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains. Marshall, whose injuries were described as minor, refused medical treatment on scene. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.
Both vehicles were extensively damaged. The van was towed from the scene, and the Sebring was removed by a private party, according to the report.
