Chamber of Commerce to meet Aug. 21

The Ozark County Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly meeting at noon Tuesday, Aug. 21, in the Century Bank of the Ozarks training room in the east annex building. The featured speaker will be Lynnette Marie Pate, founder of the Pure Integrity Verified Program. Pate will discuss the need for verification of products’ claims of healthfulness and how small-scale producers can get the purity of their products certified and gain access to wider markets. 

The meeting is open to the public. Lunch will be served, sponsored by the Ozark County Homegrown Food Project.
