Bakersfield resident Jeremy Greydan Rhoads, 18, was arrested in Ozark County at 7:02 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 9, on an outstanding Morris County, Kansas, warrant in which the teen is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor.
The probable cause statement says that Ozark County Sheriff’s Deputy Seth Miller made the arrest.
Rhoads will be extradited to Kansas, where he’ll be held on a $30,000 cash or corporate-surety bond.
The Kansas warrant alleges that on Oct. 19, 2020, Rhoads persuaded, induced, enticed or coerced a 15-year-old to engage in sexually explicit conduct with the intent to promote a performance.
