2018 Hootin an Hollarin terrapin races

Terrapin races were held both Friday and Saturday mornings.Valerie Campbell, pictured at the far right in both photos, took the first place prize with her turtle Star in both races. Lucas Wrinkles, pictured in the front row, center, in the second photo, took third place in both races with his turtle Tigress. Second place on Friday went to Rowyn McKay with her turtle Lucy; she’s wearing a purple dress in the first photo. Second place Saturday went to Trail Acklin, pictured front row at right in the second photo, with his turtle Big Rock.
