2018 VACATION BIBLE SCHOOLS

Bakersfield C of C offers VBS June 4-8

The Bakersfield Church of Christ will host a “Noah’s Ark Adventure” Vacation Bible School with services from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, June 4-8. Refreshments will be served each night. Classes will be offered for all ages, and everyone is welcome.
Adult class speakers and topics will be: Monday: Jerry Tackitt, “Noah obeys God, Gen. 6:5-22”; Tuesday: Gene Bunch, “God sends a flood, Genesis 7”; Wednesday: Don Laughary, “God saves Noah, Gen. 8:1-19”; Thursday: June 7, Avery Hackney, “Noah thanks God, Gen. 8:20-9:17”; Friday: Larry Yarber, “Animals on the Ark.”
A fish fry will be held in conjunction with the Friday service.

B-field First Baptist hosts VBS June 4-8

Bakersfield First Baptist Church will host Vacation Bible School from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, June 4-8, offering fun activities, snacks music and classes for students in first through sixth. The theme will be “Game on: Join Team Jesus!”
The kickoff event will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, June 3, featuring a family field day with outdoor games for all ages.
