<p class="p1">Troy Luna graduated June 24 in Norfolk, Virginia, with a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix. Luna, son of Jerry Luna of Gainesville and brother of Noel Luna of Gainesville and Cindy Ketter of Topeka, Kansas, retired recently after a career in the Coast Guard and now works as a civilian commercial fishing vessel safety coordinator with the Fifth Coast Guard District based in Portsmouth, Virginia. He and his wife, Debbie, live with their family in Suffolk, Virginia.</p>
