Masons’ gift to Mark Twain School

Members of Sampson Masonic Lodge #298 in Theodosia on Jan. 18 presented a Masonic Home of Missouri check for $300 to superintendent Don Yarger of Mark Twain School. The funds will help support the school’s  backpack program, which provides supplemental nourishment to those students who qualify for the assistance. The Masonic Home of Missouri matches funds from local lodges for certain benevolent initiatives related to the well-being of children.
