Lutie September students of the month

Lutie School recently recognized its September Students of the Month: from left, Seth Warnol, sixth grade; Jordan Henderson, 11th grade; and Nevaeh Smart, kindergarten. School-wide, teachers nominate students in three age groups (kindergarten-fourth grade), (fifth-eighth grade) and (ninth-12th grade) in the category of the word of the month, which, for September was respect. All students who were nominated for the September award showed respect above and beyond the norm. The teachers and staff voted on the students who were nominated, and these three were selected in the designated age groups. For October, students will be nominated based on the word responsibility.
