Judges’ choice: Aims Collins
The Hootin an Hollarin costume parade was held at 2 p.m. Friday. There were 34 entries in the parade and contest. These are the winners.

The contest was held in the Shelter Insurance office under the direction of contest chairman Betsie Ritchie.
