She also schedules at least one community car seat check event every year, usually in the spring. Details of the public event will be published in the Ozark County Times when confirmed. The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-1 tornado occurred near the Taney-Ozark County line west of Theodosia at 3:50 Tuesday, April 30. NWS said the twister, shown in this photo taken by Theodosia Pharmacy employee Jessica Workman, touched down 4 miles northeast of Protem and was on the ground for approximately eight minutes before lifting 5 miles northwest of Theodosia. “Numerous trees were down.
