Jan. 1
12:26 a.m. – Officer is in pursuit of a black Dodge truck traveling at excessive speed on W Highway. Subject arrested. Sam’s Towing called.
12:50 a.m. – Caller said husband is intoxicated and he twisted her arm and pushed her son then started walking down Highway 181 toward the school. He's sitting on neighbor’s porch now. Ozark County Sheriff Department rendered assistance.
3:43 a.m. – Front motion alarm activated at Cash Saver. OCSD responded; checked OK.
7:41 a.m. – Medical: 75-year-old female is not responsive. Ozark County Ambulance responded. Patient was transported to Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
11:00 a.m. – Caller said stop sign has been pushed over at T Highway and County Road 504. OCSD rendered assistance.
11:28 a.m. – Medical: elderly female needs to go to hospital. Tecumseh VFD first responders and OCA responded. Patient transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
11:57 a.m. – Caller reported deer with two legs broken on County Road 503 between Highway 160 and T Highway. Caller is going to shoot deer and take meat.
2:59 p.m. – Medical: Life Alert call came in regarding 76-year-old female. Timber Knob VFD and OCA responded.
3:26 p.m. – Caller said she and her boyfriend have been physically fighting. OCSD responded. Subject arrested.
3:58 p.m. – Structure fire on J Highway just south of T Highway. Lick Creek, Timber Knob, Gainesville, Tecumseh, Caney Mountain and Clarkridge VFDs responded. Caney Mountain declined at 4:29 p.m. due to wreck then was back in route at 5:28 p.m. OCA also responded.
4:05 p.m. – Grass fire on Zastrow Drive. Bakersfield VFD responded.
4:28 p.m. – Vehicle accident: fire truck vs. civilian vehicle at Highway 181 and High School Drive. No injuries. Missouri State Highway Patrol responded.
5:47 p.m. – Medical: 27-year-old woman, three months pregnant, is having abdominal pain. Thornfield VFD and OCA responded.
6:25 p.m. – Caller said someone has broken into her late ex-husband’s home on County Road 819.  OCSD responded.
7:59 p.m. – Caller said she saw a car coming out of her barn on County Road 835. OCSD responded; gone on arrival.

Jan. 2
5:18 a.m. – Medical: 66-year-old male has chest and left arm pain. OCA and Air Evac responded. Patient was transported to OMC.
8:09 a.m. – Caller on County Road 522 off T Highway toward Liner said a Great Dane dog is chasing their cows. A red Angus steer went through a fence.
8:47 a.m. – Medical: 60-year-old female has uncontrollable shaking. OCA and Timber Knob were dispatched. OCA, Timber Knob and Lick Creek VFD responded. Patient transported to BRMC.
12:05 p.m. – Lift assistance for elderly woman. Lick Creek VFD responded.
12:22 p.m. – Caller reported suspicious incident at old Highway 160 and Highway 5 south. OCSD rendered assistance.
12:38 p.m. – Caller said house on J Highway that burned earlier is starting to smoke again. Lick Creek VFD checked scene.
3:34 p.m. – Caller said an unknown dog is chasing their animals. They have the dog locked up. OCSD officer spoke to caller on phone.
3:37 p.m. – Caller reported a smoldering fire on a fence line on Lakeside Drive. Theodosia Area VFD responded.
3:40 p.m. – Caller said horses have no water behind old Osborn Store. OCSD rendered assistance.
3:55 p.m. – Medical: 15-year-old female is reportedly trying to pass out. OCA and Gainesville VFD responded. Patient was transported to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
5:48 p.m. – Brixey-Rockbridge VFD pulled horse from pond onto dry land near Highway 95 on hill north of Bryant Creek.
6:55 p.m. – Caller reported a gray SUV traveling with no lights on Highway 160. OCSD rendered assistance.
8:59 p.m. – Medical: 28-year-old male has pressure on chest and feels lightheaded. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
9:20 p.m. – Careless and imprudent driver in gray Mazda reported northbound on Highway 101 at state line. Referred to MSHP
10:07 p.m. – Front motion alarm activated at business. OCSD officer responded; checked OK.

Jan. 3
5:58 a.m. – Medical: 78-year-old female is having trouble breathing. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
7:23 a.m. – Medical: 89-year-old female fell yesterday and is having trouble today. Thornfield VFD and Cox Ambulance from Ava responded but then canceled; Taney County ambulance responded.
8:42 p.m. – Medical: 69-year-old female has been vomiting for three days; she has a 911-only phone. Pontiac VFD and OCA responded; patient transported to BRMC.
1:01 p.m. – Caller said UPS dropped off a package at neighbor’s house and now they don’t have it; caller believes it’s been stolen. OCSD officer spoke with reporting party by phone.
1:12 p.m. – Caller said he thinks someone is trying to break into his house on Highway 160. OCSD officer spoke with caller, extra patrols will be added.
5:45 p.m. – Domestic disturbance reported. OCSD responded; parties were separated and 12-hour rule was instated.
6:31 p.m. – Caller hit a deer with her 2012 Malibu in Gainesville. Wanted it on record for insurance.
6:54 p.m. – Medical: 84-year-old female has severe back pain. Caney Mountain VFD and OCA responded. Patient transported to OMC.
 11:12 p.m. – Medical: 14-year-old female has fever and hallucinations. OCA and Gainesville VFD responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.

Jan. 4
3:33 a.m. – Medical: 71-year-old female having possible heart attack. OCA, Pontiac VFD and Air Evac responded.
5:23 a.m. – Caller says a huge bear and four cubs are tearing up his garbage can outside his house. Referred to Missouri Department of Conservation. [Later determined to be unfounded.]
6:35 a.m. – Grass fire reported on Highway 95. Brixey-Rockbridge and Wasola VFDs responded.
12:02 p.m. – Medical: 81-year-old male has a fever and is not breathing well. OCA and Timber Knob VFD responded. Patient transported to BRMC.
2:23 p.m. – Medical: 57-year-old male has chest pains. Bakersfield VFD and OCA responded.
2:30 p.m. – Caller said sheep are running loose on P-11. OCSD contacted possible owner.
2:42 p.m. – Medical: 71-year-old male needs to go to hospital. Taney County ambulance and Theodosia Area VFD responded.
3:12 p.m. – Brush fire reported on Coon Dog Ridge. Thornfield VFD responded.
3:40 p.m. – Caller said a white-and-green S-10 truck with two men in it have been sitting at a vacant trailer all day. OCSD responded; checked OK.4:21 p.m. – Caller said a truck pulling a dump trailer is losing trash on Highway 160 west. OCSD responded; unable to locate.
4:58 p.m. – Medical: 66-year-old male has chest pains. OCA and Lick Creek VFD responded.
5:17 p.m. – Medical: 77-year-old female has low blood sugar. Pontiac VFD and Taney County ambulance responded.
5:29 p.m. – Warrant arrest in Wasola.
10 48 p.m. – Medical: 47-year-old male is unable to move. OCA responded.
11:15 p.m. – Caller said house on Pioneer Lane smells like paint thinner. Theodosia Area VFD and OCSD responded; checked OK.

Jan. 5
7:38 and 7:58 a.m. a.m. – Structure fire on Kuk Drive. Tecumseh and Bakersfield VFDs responded. Fire reported under control at 8:07 a.m.
8:32 a.m. – Prisoner transport to Missouri Department of Correction: Jon Latham to Bowling Green, Jeffery Kaufman, Arthur Acklin to Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center.
10:45 a.m. – Medical: 75-year-old female is unresponsive at times. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
11:21 a.m. – OCSD asked to aid another agency on Highway 160.
1:14 p.m. – Caller said he was tied up in the woods somewhere with his face down in the dirt. The 911 coordinates showed his phone is north and east of his residence in Theodosia. OCA, Theodosia VFD and Air Evac responded.
5:27 p.m. – Medical: 75-year-old female having possible stroke. OCA and Thornfield VFD responded.
5:36 p.m. – Medical: 50-year-old female has bleeding and congestive heart failure. Gainesville Fire and South Howell Ambulance responded.
6:12 p.m. – Medical: 35-year-old male has fallen from deer stand off of V Highway and has possibly broken hip. Bakersfield VFD, Howell County Ambulance and Air Evac responded.
9:48 p.m. – Medical: 52-year-old male wants to be transported to the hospital after being in a four-wheeler accident earlier today. OCA and Theodosia Area VFD responded.

Jan. 6
1:35 a.m. – Traffic stop at Highways J and 160. OCSD officer rendered assistance.
10:27 a.m. – Caller said vehicles are blocking County Road 830. Referred to MSHP.
2:23 p.m. – Vehicle accident on Highway 5. No injuries, roadway is not blocked. Timber Knob and Ron’s Recovery responded.
2:36 p.m. – Structure fire near Highways 160 and J. Lick Creek, Gainesville, Tecumseh, Caney Mountain and Timber Knob VFDs, and OCA responded. Red Cross and White River Valley Electric Co-Op notified.
3:19 p.m. – Medical: 60-year-old male has burns on hands at structure fire at Highways 160 and J.  OCA, Lick Creek VFD and Air Evac responded. Patient was flown to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
4:46 p.m. – Caller cannot find her 6-year-old daughter. OCSD rendered assistance; child was at her grandparents’ residence.
8:06 p.m. – OCSD was asked to aid another agency. Subject hasn’t been seen since Dec. 29. Unable to locate.
8:19 p.m. – Traffic stop on Highway 160. Checked OK.
9:12 p.m. – Lift assistance on Winterland Drive. 79-year-old female has fallen from chair. Dora VFD responded.  
10:22 p.m. – Callers said Evans Apartments  is burning again. Gainesville, Lick Creek, Tecumseh responded.
10:49 p.m. – Medical call at Evans Apartments fire. OCA responded.
11:19 p.m. – People are smoking marijuana at Antler. OCSD rendered assistance.

Jan. 7
2:02 a.m. – Traffic stop behind Miller’s Store. OCSD rendered assistance.
9:25 a.m. – Broken water line reported on Hillside Drive. City water department contacted.
10:52 a.m. – Vehicle accident on Highway 95 6 miles from D Highway south: vehicle slid off roadway due to ice. Roadway is not blocked and no injuries or property damage occurred. Vehicle was hit by another vehicle that slid off the road due to ice.  
10:55 a.m. – Vehicle accident. Caller said vehicle in front of her slid off the roadway on W Highway due to ice. No injuries or property damage and vehicle is not blocking roadway.
11:17 a.m. – Medical: 73-year-old female leg injuries due to a fall. OCA responded. Patient was transported to OMC.
11:48 a.m. – Vehicle accident: caller said she slid off the roadway on Highway 95 6 miles south of D Highway south, striking another vehicle that had also slid off the roadway earlier due to ice. Referred to MSHP. Called back to say subject is pregnant 21-year-old female who has possible whiplash or other medical issues. South Howell Ambulance responded but was canceled at 1:04 p.m.
12:39 p.m. – Lift assist: 76-year-old female has fallen. Theodosia Area VFD unable to respond due to weather. Pontiac VFD responded at 12:51 p.m. for mutual aid.
9:25 p.m. – Caller reported that a hill on County Road 354 is “solid ice.” County Road and Bridge department were notified.

Jan. 8
4:47 a.m. – Vehicle slid on ice and is partway in road on Highway 181 near school OCSD rendered assistance; Ron’s Recovery responded.
5:32 a.m. – Medical: 81-year-old male with COPD has trouble breathing and has heart pain. OCA responded. Patient was transported to BRMC.
6:16 a.m. – Medical: Older male is on the ground, barely breathing. Ava Ambulance responded.
6:58 a.m. – Caller said a 16-year-old female ran away sometime between 9 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. She could be at her mom’s residence in Howell County or at her boyfriend’s resident in Bakersfield.  OCSD rendered assistance.
7:19 a.m. – Two vehicles slid on ice on County Road between Highways H and KK. Dora VFD responded.  Eastern District called in and said the road is closed.
7:56 a.m. – Prisoner transport: Jesse Anderson to Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center.
