We caught some rough breaks early, with Norwood making some good defensive plays, but we broke through in the fourth inning, scoring 5 runs on 6 hits. We bunted a little and they didn’t handle it and then we had some key hits from Desiree, Kryslyn and Keeli. Keeli’s pitching kept them off balance, and our defense stepped up for her. This was a big win against a district rival, but we need to keep playing well to improve.”</p>
