Zanoni news: April 11, 2018

The weather has been very unpredictable. One day it’s 70 degrees, and that night down in the 30s. The rain has really been appreciated.
Friday morning there was snow that covered the ground, but it was gone in short time. Maybe the weather will make up its mind soon.
Paul and I went to Birchtree Saturday night for the benefit for Billie Barnes, who has cancer. Lots of people and the auction did good. Billie is the son of Jack Barnes, who cuts timber and hauls logs and is Paul’s good friend.
I talked with Mary Armstrong, who checks on me now and then. I appreciate her calls.
Paul Morrison and his son Cale came to Dwain and Betty’s to turkey hunt over the weekend.
Leroy and Norma Morrison have been sick and didn’t attend church Sunday. They had doctor appointments on Monday.
Lawrence’s in West Plains had the cemetery mowers ready to go. On the way to pick them up, we got a call that our income taxes were ready. That was good. We did two things in one trip.
Everyone have a good week, and I hope you covered up your garden.
